Arden Estates Celebrates Its 3rd Anniversary
Arden Estates first opened its doors in the Elviria Centro Comercial in December 2010 and celebrated its third anniversary this month with over 200 guests.
Arden Estates were very pleased to invite colleagues, collaborators and clients from past and present to celebrate its 3rd anniversary at their Elviria office. After a successful career in the Elviria property market, owners Aran Vaghefi and Dennis Berkenbosch took on the challenge of opening their own office in Elviria. Now, after 3 years of serving both buyers’ and vendors’ requirements, they were pleased to be able to invite all their colleagues, friends, collaborators and clients to celebrate with them their third anniversary. “When we started our venture in Arden Estates three years ago, I must confess there were a few raised eyebrows due to the fact that there were many offices closing but we were opening” says Aran Vaghefi.
Aran is originally from London, born in 1978 in South Kensington and of Persian descent. Studied at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University where he obtained an honours degree in Business management and marketing, having completed his education he joined one of the largest leasehold property management companies in the U.K. Later moving into the sales environment applying his skills in some of the most established well known Estate Agencies in Central London in sales and lettings.
In 2002 Aran moved to Sunny Spain working and establishing himself in the Marbella Real Estate market while working for two of the most well known and respected estate agencies on the coast gaining vast and valuable experience. Together with the 10 years of local market experience of Dennis Berkenbosch, they were very positive and confident they could make a difference in the property market. “We were both very successful serving our clients’ needs while working for our former employers, so we never considered the fact that perhaps we could not survive. Failure was simply never an option for us”, says Dennis Berkenbosch.
Three successful years later, they have managed to continue to build on their reputations and have establish a solid foundation for the future in the Marbella property market. Dennis, originally from the Netherlands and born in 1977, moved to Spain at the age of 23. Starting his Real Estate career in the off plan market during the boom years of Marbella where he gained valuable understanding of the market trends to follow and establishing an important network of contacts along the way.
One of his key assets being languages, fluent in his native language Dutch, English, German and Spanish, he found himself to be one of the key members of one of the main players in the Marbella Real Estate market. After having provided loyal service for nearly ten years before taking on the important role in establishing Arden Estates. Each year since 2010 their company has gone from strength to strength, with a positive attitude, determination and professionalism and service they have helped many clients find their dream homes and many clients to sell their homes who wished to move on to pastures new.
Their positive results in the first two years allowed them very quickly to add two new members to their team. Kiril Nikolov, responsible for listings and Janina Janzing, who have both done very well to fit into their team. Kiril, who has been a resident of Spain since 1996, has helped to enlarge their market by establishing a large portfolio of properties for sale over a larger area of the coast, bringing in new opportunities for the company.
Janina, born in 1987 in Münster, Germany has also been of great importance in the success of Arden Estates. Despite her young age, she has many years of experience in the property sector in Germany. Growing up in her father’s Real Estate company in Bremen, she learned the tricks of the trade from a real estate professional with over 20 years experience in the German property market. Her friendly, professional approach along with her smiling character make her a valuable asset.
In 2014 their goal is to continue with their progress and great achievements and continue to turn their clients into friends, as they have done so for many years. “We believe that as we finish 2013, there are many more people planning their lifestyle purchases from all over the globe to enjoy the Marbella Lifestyle” concludes Aran.
